  • Message delivery: Choose how you want to get your messages (text message, email, call back)
  • Opening and closing scripts: Setup the way our agents answer and end all phone calls
  • Agent script: Create a script for the agents to read after the greeting
  • FAQ: Manage up to 10 FAQ's about your business so we may respond quickly with informed answers
  • Recognized numbers: Setup phone numbers and contacts with specific instructions for when they call in
  • Employee directory: Add your employees so that they can receive messages and use the service

2. Transfer your phone to your new toll-free number whenever you want us to answer calls

If you wish, we will arrange with your phone provider to have the calls transferred to us automatically during the hours you want us to answer the phone. We can even setup your phone to ring to us if your phone is busy or if your phone rings more than a specified number of rings.

Additional charges may apply depending on your service plan with your phone company. Some service providers may not be able to provide the full functionality described above.


3. Sit back and allow us to manage your incoming phone traffic

Don't worry, we will keep you in the loop. You have the ability to setup your account to automatically send a text message and email each time someone calls in. We record all of our calls digitally and they are available for you to listen to online.

All messages and queries are instantly available on your online history and can be viewed and keyword searched at any time.
