All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded at any time.
How long does it take to get setup?
Once you have completed the signup process your account is ready. We will receive your phone calls once you setup your phones to be transferred to your new toll-free number.
Do I get charged for wrong numbers?
If a caller accidentally calls your phone number, your account will not be charged.
Once you transfer a call, do you keep counting against my minutes?
No. Once a call is transferred you are no longer billed.
What if I don't use all of my minutes?
Since minutes do not roll over to the next month, unused minutes will be lost.
